Modern Summit Studio provides residential and office cleaning where Utrecht clients want reliable crews, clear scope lists, and products chosen for finished surfaces — not medical disinfection marketing.

Schedules

Since 2019 visits follow a written checklist agreed at intake: kitchens, baths, floors, dusting heights, and optional interior windows. We bring supplies unless you request specific brands for allergy reasons.

Keys and alarm codes are stored encrypted in a job ledger — paper backup in a locked cabinet. Same crew preference is honoured when schedules align.

Post-renovation dust passes are quoted separately from maintenance cleans; we inspect before promising one-day turnaround on heavy construction dust.

Insurance certificates are available for office contracts on request. We do not handle hazardous waste or pest infestations requiring licensed exterminators.

Billing is monthly for recurring offices; homes pay per visit or prepaid bundles of four. Cancellations need twenty-four hours notice to avoid a call-out fee.

Evening and Saturday slots exist for offices that cannot host day crews — book a week ahead when possible English intake is available at the desk.
